- Do I need a Blackfire subscription?
- Yes! You must have a Blackfire Premium or Blackfire Enterprise subscription when work begins (A Blackfire Premium Trial subscription will suffice). You must be able to invite me to your organization.
- What if I do not want to subscribe to Blackfire?
- No problem! However, this service is not appropriate for you. Please look at my PHP Performance Audit or PHP Performance Tuning services.
- Does Blackfire need to be installed in my project already?
- Yes! This service assumes Blackfire is already set up and configured correctly.
- What if Blackfire is not installed in my project already?
- No problem! However, you will need to have Blackfire installed before the onboarding starts. Your technical team can install Blackfire themselves or you can look at my Blackfire Bootstrapping service if you'd like me to do that part.
- What if I don't have a technical team?
- No problem! However, this service is not appropriate for you. Please look at my PHP Performance Audit or PHP Performance Tuning services.
- Are you able to just tell us why my website or application is not performing well?
